Insurance Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill a challenging Insurance role. This position will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to enquiries for policy amendments/additions, cancellations, and renewals
* Process new business, renewals, and policy maintenance tasks
* Liaise with stakeholders including clients, underwriters, and claims handlers
* Attend to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Perform any additional duties as required by the business
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Tier 2 qualification or equivalent is essential, with recent experience in general insurance broking
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
