Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
The Workers\' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers\' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers\' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of workers\' compensation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
