As a Premier Relationship Manager based at George Street Branch, you will be responsible for being a trusted advisor to your unique portfolio of high-net-worth customers, ensuring the highest ethical standards and operational integrity.


Your key responsibilities will include:

* Creating meaningful connections with our customers by understanding their needs
* Managing customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Demonstrating HSBC values and behaviors
* Providing comprehensive and professional banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
* Contributing to a collaborative team environment


To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A proven track record in customer excellence gained in banking as a Client Relationship Manager, Officer, or Executive in the retail financial services sector
* The desire to develop your financial expertise and grow your career
* Ability to understand and provide solutions to meet individual customer needs by delivering first-class customer service and making a positive impact
* Proven track record in growing customer portfolios and diverse high-net-worth customer portfolios
* Relevant experience in personal lending products (including mortgage lending)
* Completion of the Higher School Certificate is essential; relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian or New Zealand PR/Citizenship or working rights or can show they currently have unrestricted work rights in Australia with no limitations.
