This role sits within the organisation's agri-commodities and plant-based food ingredients division, which is involved in the sourcing, processing, packing and export of agricultural products for global markets. In Australia, the business has established long-standing relationships with regional farming communities and plays an active role in the domestic and international supply chain.

* Work arrangement: 3 days in office + 2 days WFH per week (after probation)
* Salary: AUD90,000 to AUD120,000 + super (negotiable depending on fit for the role)

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Global Head of Treasury, this role will support day-to-day cash flow, working capital, trade finance, FX management and banking controls. The position works closely with Australian Finance, Trade and Execution teams, as well as global stakeholders.
* Support Treasury and Finance operations including cash and liquidity, intercompany funding and risk management.
* Manage and maintain treasury data, systems and records to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong controls.
* Execute, settle and reconcile foreign exchange transactions.
* Prepare treasury risk, exposure and compliance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement of treasury processes, systems and reporting.
* Provide reporting and analytical support for weekly and rolling cash flow forecasts; compiling input from operational teams and validating assumptions.
* Daily cash reconciliation and reporting; variance summaries and supporting analysis for review.
* Liaise with financial institution for matters relating to working capital facility, covenant compliance, and lender reporting packages.
* Maintain documentation requirements for credit facilities and banking mandates.
* Develop strong, enduring, professional working relationships with key stakeholders including creditors and internal finance professionals.
Your Profile
* 2 to 4 years minimum experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or trade finance
* Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
* Understanding of working capital and FX exposure concepts
* Experience with commodity or trade finance environments preferred
* CPA / CFA (or progress toward designation) considered an asset
