* Tertiary qualification in Urban & Regional Planning, Town Planning, or a closely related discipline (Bachelor or Master level).
* Demonstrated understanding of WA planning frameworks (Planning and Development Act, local planning schemes, and development assessment processes).
* Strong skills in development assessment, strategic planning, or urban design.
