About the role
As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to drive excellence in back‐of‐house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimizing shrinkage to maximize the store's profitability.
To thrive here, you should ideally have:
* Inventory management experience in a retail or warehouse environment
* Solid understanding of inventory control.
* People leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor and inspire your team
* The ability to lead by example and deliver top‐tier customer service.
* Skills in training and achieving results.
