We are seeking experienced Longhole Drill Operators to join our underground mining team. This is a permanent opportunity offering competitive pay and consistent rosters, FIFO available from any major Australian city.

About the role
* Operate longhole drill rigs in underground production environments
* Drill production rings to design specifications
* Conduct pre-starts and basic maintenance
* Work closely with engineers and supervisors to achieve production targets
* Maintain safe and efficient operating practices underground
About you
* Proven experience operating longhole drill rigs (e.g. Sandvik, Epiroc)
* Previous underground mining experience essential
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a FIFO roster
* Current driver's licence (essential)
Key responsibilities
* Accurate drilling of production holes
* Ground awareness and hazard management
* Maintaining drill performance and uptime
* Reporting faults and assisting with troubleshooting
