Prince of Wales Hospital is a leading healthcare institution located in Sydney, renowned for its commitment to excellence in patient care and medical innovation. The pharmacy team plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive secure, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy as part of their holistic care. SESLHD Pharmacy Services is an extended‐hours service operating seven days a week.
The Role
To be part of a team facilitating the provision and further development of pharmacy services to patients and clients of the organisation, including undertaking advanced practice roles to enable pharmacists to focus on clinical pharmacy service provision. The role requires participation in a seven‐day week roster that includes flexible hours, on‐call, after‐hours, weekends and public holidays. The role will be primarily based at Prince of Wales Hospital but may require work at other locations and departments within South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
