The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse – Scrub/Scout, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality perioperative care across a broad range of Orthopaedic procedures.
* Providing expert Scrub/Scout support across Orthopaedic surgeries
* Working collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintaining a safe and efficient operating theatre environment
* Supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
* Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Recent Scrub/Scout experience within an acute perioperative environment
* Demonstrated Orthopaedic theatre experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong commitment to patient‐centred care and clinical excellence
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
