Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure
Lead some of NSW's largest privately funded civil and infrastructure projects.
At Goodman, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead the delivery of major infrastructure outcomes across our NSW development portfolio.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility for major bulk earthworks, significant internal infrastructure works and major lead-in works. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of internal stakeholders, external consultants and contractors to deliver best-in-class outcomes aligned to GMG objectives.
You'll manage projects end-to-end, from feasibility, planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover with accountability for programme, commercial outcomes, risk, approvals and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of major civil and infrastructure projects across Goodman's NSW development portfolio
* Lead multidisciplinary internal and external project teams to achieve programme, cost, quality and commercial outcomes
* Manage procurement and tender processes, including scope development, tender evaluation, recommendation and contract award
* Oversee external consultants and contractors to ensure performance, delivery alignment and effective project de-risking
* Manage authority approvals, servicing strategies, stakeholder coordination and key third-party interfaces
* Drive project governance, reporting, risk management and change control across the project lifecycle
Skills And Experience
* Minimum 10 years' experience delivering major civil, industrial or infrastructure projects in NSW
* Proven capability across bulk earthworks, internal infrastructure, lead-in works, utilities, roads, drainage or enabling works
* Strong experience in procurement, tendering, contract administration and contractor management
* Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through planning, approvals, design, construction and handover
* Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, feasibility and risk management
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across internal teams, customers, consultants, contractors and authorities
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
