Green Light Australia is looking to engage a VMware Cloud Transformation Architect with NV1 security clearance to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate private cloud capacity, cost efficiency, and performance management, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
* Review and analyse end‐to‐end workload provisioning processes.
* Support workload provisioning optimisation initiatives, leveraging strong expertise in VCF Automation.
* Contribute to the development of the Private Cloud roadmap, applying proficiency in VCF architecture and design principles.
* Assess private cloud capabilities and maturity levels against industry standards.
* Quantify business and technical benefits, and document client requirements, findings, and actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
Requirements
* Proven experience in similar roles as VMware Architect or Cloud Architect for large complex environments.
* Due to access requirements, must have a NV1 security clearance or higher.
* Proven experience in delivering Cloud transformation programs.
* Proven experience with architecting Private Clouds and value selling to the business.
* Experience with VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation) architecture.
* Experience in VCF technology areas – Compute, Storage, Networking & Security, Operations, Automation and Kubernetes.
* Prior experience in a consulting role working with clients.
* VMware certifications (i.e. VCF Admin or VCF Architect will be seen as advantageous), however training will be provided.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good stakeholder management skills.
