Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The role involves providing hands-on user support, troubleshooting and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IP phones.
This position requires the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks from planning and execution to reporting, adhering to strict safety and Cyber protocols.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer interfacing skills, strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, and a mature work ethic.
Responsibilities:
* Provide hands-on user support for various devices
* Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations
* Work closely with the networking team to implement solutions
* Take ownership of tasks and report progress
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years IT support experience
* Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment
* CCNA certification
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
