Aged Care Speech Pathologist
About the Role:
As an Aged Care Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting older Australians to live well and stay connected to what matters most to them. You will work across both hospital and community settings, providing assessments, therapy, and support to individuals with complex communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
* Develop and implement effective therapy plans to improve clients' communication and swallowing skills
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support
About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologist who is passionate about working with older adults. You will have a bachelor or postgraduate degree in Speech Pathology and be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
