Job Description
Looking for a care to live on the property in a separate dwelling from 10th December to 14th January to provide my father with support.
Responsibilities
* Meal prep assistance for dinner only
* Regular welfare checks throughout the day and evening
* Assistance with daily medication
* Putting bins out weekly
* Feeding the dog (13 year old Labrador)
* General cleaning (mainly dishes)
* Freedom to go out during the day/evening and have own time
Schedule
One Off Service. Date: 10th December to 14th January. Service start in 2‐3 weeks.
Requirements
* Valid ID required
* Valid police check taken within past 12 months
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Gender: Male or Female OK
* Full driver's licence required
* Full comprehensive car insurance required
* Skill: Aged Care
* Additional qualification: Certificate III in Aged Care
* Language: English
