This is a full-time position with a rotating roster that includes one weekend shift and one late-night shift per fortnight, offering excellent work-life balance.
A Day in the Life
* Lead your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a joyful, customer-first atmosphere.
* Train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day.
* Keep the store looking fabulous with fresh visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
* Manage stock to minimise loss while maximising opportunities for sales.
* Maintain a safe and welcoming environment where customers and team members can feel right at home.
* Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.

* Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
* Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
