The Opportunity
As Facility Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home including operations, workforce leadership, resident care, compliance and service performance.
More importantly, you will set the tone for the home.
You will:
* Build and lead an engaged, accountable and high performing team
* Drive exceptional resident centred care outcomes
* Create a positive workplace culture where staff feel supported and empowered
* Strengthen relationships with residents, families and the wider community
* Lead compliance, accreditation and continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You are an experienced aged care leader who knows how to balance compassion with operational leadership.
You bring:
* Leadership experience within Residential Aged Care
* Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience managing compliance, workforce and operational performance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to lead, coach and inspire teams
* A proactive and solutions focused mindset
Registered Nurse qualifications and current AHPRA registration are highly regarded but not essential for the right leadership candidate.
