APG Workforce is currently recruiting Process Workers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking people looking for work in food production and poultry processing.
If you have experience as a process worker, factory hand, production worker, picker/packer, labourer, or food manufacturing worker, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and handling poultry products on the production line
* Packaging and labelling finished products
* Quality checking products before dispatch
* General factory and production line duties
* Cleaning work areas and maintaining food safety standards
* Working in a fast‐paced team environment
To be successful, you will have:
* Previous experience in food production, process work, manufacturing or factory work.
* Ability to work in a cold environment
* Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive manual handling tasks
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable transport to and from site
* Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
* Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures
