The Role
We\'re seeking a savvy retail operator who can excel in a fast-paced management environment. You\'ll oversee all aspects of store operations while driving sales performance and developing your team to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff rostering and wage budget management
- Stock control, ordering and inventory optimization
- Visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Budget achievement and KPI performance tracking
- Team development and performance management
- Customer service excellence and sales growth initiatives
Experience & Skills
- Strong merchandising flair with attention to visual presentation
- Sales-driven approach with demonstrated KPI achievement
- Experience in rostering staff within wage budgets
- Stock ordering and inventory management expertise
- Team leadership and performance management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Upbeat, friendly personality with natural motivational abilities
Preferred
- Previous experience in discount variety retail sector
- Track record in high-volume retail environments
