Occupational Therapist Community Services Role

This role offers the opportunity to provide vital services to individuals in their communities, enabling them to achieve and maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

* Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions and services including short-term restorative care programs and home care packages.
* Undertake case management or care coordination as required to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Effectively manage daily workloads, incorporating travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
* Lead group exercise classes promoting healthy lifestyles, motivating community members to improve strength, balance, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement tailored rehabilitation plans for clients.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care solutions.
* Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

Requirements:

* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting.
* Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
