We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support one of our Veterans' clients in Gosford through regular community nursing visits. This role is ideal for an experienced, reliable, and compassionate nurse who is confident working independently in the community.
About the Role
The RN will provide:
* Initial and ongoing nursing assessments
* Development and review of a care plan
* Monitoring of clinical risks
* Support with continence management
* Wound care (if required)
* Coordination with GP and Allied Health
* Documentation in line with DVA Community Nursing guidelines
This role includes regular scheduled visits and is long-term.
What We're Looking For
* Current AHPRA Registration as an RN
* Experience in community nursing (preferred)
* Strong assessment and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
* Current police check, WWCC, and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
