In partnership with a leading education provider, Emanate Technology is looking for an outcomes‐driven Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a large‐scale education strategy implementation program.

What you'll be doing
* Scoping program objectives and delivery roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
* Coordinating multiple interdependent projects, shared resources and delivery schedules
* Overseeing end‐to‐end program execution to agreed scope, budget, timeline and quality
* Managing program‐level financials, risks, issues and mitigation strategies
* Partnering with senior leaders, subject matter experts and cross‐functional teams
* Driving governance, reporting and executive‐level steering committee engagement
* Supporting change management, communications and stakeholder engagement activities
* Embedding quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement practices
What you need to bring
* Experience delivering complex programs or large, multi‐project initiatives
* Demonstrated capability delivering outcomes within formal governance and PMO environments
* Proven background delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
* Strong track record delivering executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
* Sound expertise delivering financial oversight, risk and dependency management
* Ability delivering strategic objectives through structured, measurable program plans
* Confidence delivering leadership across multidisciplinary, cross‐functional teams
Bonus points for...
* Experience delivering programs within education, government or public‐sector settings
* Background delivering transformation or strategy implementation initiatives
* Exposure delivering change programs in complex, regulated environments
Important to know
* You must have a valid C class driver's licence.
* You must have the ability to obtain and maintain a national police check.
* You must hold or be eligible to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card for working with children.
