Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join Occupational Licensing as an ASO2 Client Services Officer. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of licensing and regulatory services that support public safety and professional standards across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐quality customer service via phone, email and in person.
* Respond to enquiries related to occupational licences, registrations and applications.
* Process applications, payments, renewals and client requests accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and enter data into internal systems.
* Identify issues and escalates complex matters in line with procedures.
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet service standards and timeframes.
* Operate in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements and Conditions
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the Attorney‐General's Department finds satisfactory.
Some out of hours work may be required.
May be required to work in any area of Consumer and Business Services as determined by business needs.
