What You Will Be Doing
* Deliver excellent customer service through counter sales, quotes, delivery orders, goods inwards procedures, stock replenishment and store retail standards.
* Picking and packing orders.
* Designing and selling kitchens (full training will be provided).
* Adhering to safety as part of our everyday culture.
* Using P.O.S and handling cash.
What You Will Bring
* Strong customer service focus.
* Ability to clearly communicate to customers via phone and email.
* Ability to multi‑task in a dynamic fast‑paced trade business.
* Previous experience in a similar Counter sales / Trade Sales position.
* An understanding of the Timber & Hardware market is desirable but not essential.
* Ability to work closely in a diverse team.
