About the Role
We are partnering with a nationally operating organisation to appoint a Head of AI, responsible for setting and executing the enterprise AI vision. This role will lead the design, governance and rollout of AI initiatives that materially improve productivity, customer outcomes and risk management. You will lead a small team and work closely with executives and senior leaders to embed AI capability across the business in a practical, scalable and compliant way.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead AI governance, risk management and compliance alignment
* Drive adoption of AI through change, education and enablement
* Partner with technology teams on secure, scalable AI architecture

* Demonstrated leadership in AI within complex organisations
* Deep understanding of AI/ML, data and cloud-based architectures
* Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
* Experience operating in regulated or risk-aware environments
