Regional Director, Commercial Valuations, step into a leadership role where you’re not inheriting a turnaround project or rebuilding an underperforming team. Instead, you’ll take charge of an established group of experienced valuers servicing one of the most diverse commercial valuation regions in the country.
Covering Canberra, the Southern Highlands, South Coast and Snowy Mountains, this role combines leadership, client management and commercial valuation expertise across a broad asset mix.
You’ll have the opportunity to remain involved in valuation work while providing operational leadership and mentoring to a capable team already delivering strong results.
The Role
This position blends leadership, operations and valuation delivery across a substantial regional footprint.
* Lead and mentor a team of 7 experienced Commercial Valuers
* Manage operational performance across ACT and Southern NSW
* Maintain and grow key client relationships across the region
* Deliver commercial valuations across office, industrial and retail assets
* Access residential development valuations including subdivision, townhouse and larger development projects
* Exposure to specialised assets and going concern valuations
* Support business growth initiatives and regional strategy
* Partner with national leadership on operational and commercial outcomes

Remuneration
Two incentive structures are available depending on your preference:
Option 1
* 1.6x fee threshold
* 40% bonus structure
* Allocated time recognised for operations and client management responsibilities
Option 2
* Flat 15% commission structure
Base Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Super
