We are seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter to join our team. You will play a key role in constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures in residential building projects.
Responsibilities
* Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications
* Install frameworks, walls, floors, door frames, and windows
* Perform general carpentry work across new home builds and renovations
* Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
* Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction
* Solid understanding of carpentry techniques and materialsi>
* Ability to read and follow plans and technical drawings
* Own tools and reliable transportation (preferred)
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Driver's licence
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Ability to work safely and efficiently on‐site
