Overview
Due to our ongoing growth and expansion, we're looking for an experienced Supervisor with a practical, hands‐on approach to join our team in Launceston.
Responsibilities
* Ground‐based field work and inspections of vegetation.
* Undertake crew safety/quality audits.
* Provide clear instruction and direction to crews to ensure completion of required works.
* Assess workloads in line with client guidelines & document actions required.
* Ensure that safety standards, company policies and safe work practices are always adhered to.
About you
* Previous experience in the Vegetation Management industry either as an arborist or Supervisor – is essential.
* Proven experience in supervising, leading teams and driving results.
* Commitment to promoting safety, quality and environment compliance.
* MR or HR truck licence.
* EWP High Risk Work licence.
* Good IT skills and able to use an iPad.
The following qualifications would also be desirable for the Supervisor role:
* Cert 2 ESI.
* Cert 3 Arboriculture.
