We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nurse Services Manager to lead our growing community nursing team and drive excellence in clinical service delivery.

As our Clinical Nurse Services Manager, you will be the clinical lead for community nursing services, providing support and guidance to our Community Registered Nurses and Clinical Services Case Managers while ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the delivery of community nursing services, manage clinical nursing referrals, coordinate assessments, and provide expert clinical leadership across our nursing services stream.
A key focus of this role is leading our wound care services. You will be responsible for complex wound assessments, treatment planning, clinical oversight and developing the wound care capability of the broader nursing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support and mentor Community Registered Nurses and Clinical Services Case Managers.
* Act as the organisation's clinical lead for wound care, including complex wound assessments, treatment planning and ongoing clinical oversight.
* Provide education, coaching and guidance to nursing staff to enhance wound care knowledge and best practice.
* Manage nursing referrals, assessment bookings and case allocations.
* Review clinical assessments and ensure timely communication with referrers and internal stakeholders.
* Oversee care planning and clinical supports including:
o Wound care
o Continence management
o Diabetes management
o Medication support
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, healthcare providers and insurers.
* Work collaboratively with the Finance Team to ensure quotes, funding approvals and billing processes are completed efficiently.
* Manage clinical incident reporting, investigations and follow‐up actions for the nursing services stream.
* Participate in the clinical on‐call roster.
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.
* Strong clinical background in community, disability, aged care or acute nursing.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Wound Management and/or advanced experience managing complex wounds.
* Proven ability to conduct wound assessments and develop evidence‐based wound management plans.
* Experience providing education, mentoring and clinical support to other clinicians.
* Sound knowledge of care planning across wound care, catheter care, diabetes management, seizure management and medication administration.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Critical thinking skills.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain.
* Current Australian Driver Licence.
