Building admin assistant required to assist Project Manager and Contract Admin manager, experience in working for a building company is not essential, for training will be provided.
Experience in word, excel and microsoft programes are essential, working on Mac computers, emailing and good people skills.
Basic familiarity with Mac computer systems is required for this position.
Customer service skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word functions is required for this role.
Intermediate Excel analysis skills are essential for effective performance of duties.
Basic Microsoft PowerPoint skills are required for document creation and presentations.
Compiling documents, and general office duties.
Min of 3 days a week. Tuesday to Thursday, exact hours and days will be negotiated.
