The Opportunity
Qube Bulk is seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a qualified Heavy Road Transport Mechanic with strong supervisory experience and a commitment to safety, reliability and team development.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise an intimate team and daily workshop maintenance activities and allocate tasks
* Ensure high standards of safety and maintenance compliance
* Coordinate scheduling and prioritisation of repairs and breakdowns to maximise fleet availability
* Manage workshop inventory, parts ordering and equipment requirements
* Provide hands‐on support, mentoring and technical guidance to team members
* Drive workshop efficiency and reliability outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Trade qualification as Heavy Diesel Mechanic
* Extensive experience maintaining heavy vehicles and mobile equipment
* Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic capabilities
* Previous workshop or maintenance leadership experience PREFERRED
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* HR Driver's Licence minimum (MC Licence highly regarded)
* Experience with Volvo and/ or Mack trucks required.
* Experience with pressure tanker trailers and ISO equipment is advantageous
