Role Overview
As a Senior Power Platform & AI Copilot Specialist, you will be the technical heartbeat of our agentic solutions. You won't just be \"making flows\"; you will be designing enterprise‐grade agents, governing environment strategies, and pioneering the integration of PowerPlatform & Microsoft Copilot into business workflows. You will lead high‐impact projects that transform how our clients interact with data and automation.
Key Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business problems into crisp technical requirements, bridging the gap between C‐suite vision and technical execution.
* Solution Architecture: Design and implement complex, end‐to‐end solutions using the full Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flows, CoPilot).
* Advanced Automation: Develop sophisticated Power Automate flows (Cloud & Desktop/RPA), including custom connectors and integration with third‐party APIs.
* Copilot Integration: Lead the deployment and customisation of Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build custom Copilots that not only leverages internal data but enables multi‐agentic orchestration.
* Governance & Mentorship: Establish Best Practices for CoE (Centre of Excellence), environment strategy, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews.
* Data Modelling: Architect robust data schemas using Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
* Experience: 5+ years in professional software development or technical consulting, with at least 3 years focused on PowerPlatform.
* AI Knowledge: Proven experience with Copilot Studio and a strong understanding of how to leverage AI Builder and Azure Document Intelligence models within Power Platform.
* Integration: Deep knowledge of Power Automate, including expressions, error handling, and integrating with the M365 ecosystem and Azure services.
* DevOps/ALM: Experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control and automated deployments of Power Platform solutions.
* Power Apps: Experience using Canvas or Model‐driven apps
* Technical Stack: Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, or SQL is highly regarded for extending platform capabilities.
