The Property Advisory Services (PAS) team plays a key role in supporting our business growth and managing risk. We are responsible for providing frontline teams with technical property advice, driving process improvement, and identifying opportunities in the valuation and broader property industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide property finance support to clients, including bespoke requests, client meetings, and ongoing transactional support.
* Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our business by actively looking for opportunities to improve policies, procedures, and systems.
* Develop and sustain effective business relationships with industry contacts to ensure currency of market knowledge across all property sectors.
* Provide property consultancy advice to frontline bankers and credit officers on the suitability of valuations and other consultants' reports.
* Undertake hindsighting of panel reports to ensure high standards are maintained by our suppliers.
Requirements
* Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) or an equivalent qualification is required.
* A strong knowledge of the property industry, including experience in property valuation.
* Proactive and energised to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
* Strong technical property knowledge, including good understanding of risk, compliance, and governance.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, adapting to change.
* Resilient and able to manage a fast-paced work environment.
