Summary:

The PHH Clinical Manager provides clinical leadership, governance, and oversight of mental health services across provided within or coordinated from the Peel Health Hub, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and culturally appropriate care.

The role maintains a clinical caseload, delivers direct therapeutic services, and supports staff through supervision, guidance, and best-practice frameworks. It is responsible for service quality, riskmanagement, and compliance, while coordinating programs and partnerships to improve outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

* Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision across programs and clinicians
* Maintain clinical governance, ensuring quality, safety, risk management, and evidence-based practice
* Deliver and support culturally safe, inclusive, and client-centred services
* Oversee service delivery, referrals, care coordination, and stakeholder engagement
* Monitor service performance, outcomes, reporting, and compliance with funding and standards
* Contribute to program planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement
* Support workforce capability, development, and a positive team culture
* Maintain clinical documentation, privacy, and record management standards
* Manage clinical risk escalation and uphold clinical practice standards
* Maintain a partial clinical caseload aligned to operational needs and KPIs
* Maintain up to date records, in accordance with portfolios/key responsibilities.
* Contribute to data collection and program/activity evaluation processes

Essential Qualifications/ Experience

* Mental Health Registered Nurse
* Mental Health Accredited Social Worker
* Registered Psychologist
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a Clinical Mental Health role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent understanding of mental health legislation and policies in Australia
* Current Western Australian Drivers Licence
* National Police Clearance
* Approved Working with Children Check WA
* Pre-Employment Health Assessment
* Current Registration with AHPRA or AASW (Social Workers)
