Job Description
The Accounts Assistant plays a vital role in the Billing team performing administrative and accounts tasks including finance tasks. Key responsibilities include:
* Reconciling incoming and outgoing invoices for accuracy and payment status
* Managing data entry and processing financial transactions
* Creating and reconciling outgoing invoices against incoming supplier invoices and reporting on results
* Assisting with resolving AP/AR enquiries and clarifying debtor transactions
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to manage company expenses and service billing
As an experienced accounting professional you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
