Recruitment Trainer & People and Culture Lead
Roussos Recruitment is entering an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for a passionate, commercially minded Recruitment Trainer & People and Culture Lead to help shape the next generation of recruitment talent within our business.
This is a newly created role with the opportunity to make a genuine impact. You will be responsible for designing and delivering a structured recruitment training program, supporting the development of both new and existing consultants, and leading our people and culture initiatives across the business.
We are looking for someone who understands recruitment, loves developing people, and can bring structure, energy and accountability to how we train, coach and retain high‐performing teams.

About The Role
Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in building a consistent, high‐quality learning and development framework across the business. You will lead the design and delivery of our internal recruitment training program, support onboarding, coach consultants at different stages of their careers, and help embed the behaviours, standards and values that underpin our culture.
This role will also take ownership of People and Culture, including employee engagement, performance development, internal communication, career pathways, retention initiatives and the ongoing employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a structured recruitment training program for new starters, graduates and developing consultants
* Build onboarding frameworks, training modules, templates, scripts and learning resources
* Coach consultants in recruitment fundamentals, candidate management, client service, business development and desk management
* Support the development of a future graduate or trainee recruitment program
* Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and create practical development plans
* Own People and Culture initiatives across the business
* Support performance conversations, career development plans and internal progression pathways
* Drive engagement, retention and team culture initiatives
* Help embed consistency, accountability and best practice across the recruitment process
* Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning and internal talent development
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people, performance and culture matters
About You
You may come from a recruitment leadership, recruitment training, learning and development, talent acquisition, or People and Culture background. What matters most is that you understand what great recruitment looks like and are passionate about developing people.
You will bring
* Experience in agency recruitment, recruitment leadership, talent acquisition or recruitment training
* Strong coaching, facilitation and communication skills
* A genuine interest in people development and culture-building
* The ability to create structure, process and accountability
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of what drives recruitment performance
* Confidence working with consultants at different levels of experience
* A practical, hands‐on approach
* Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust quickly
* Experience in People and Culture, HR, employee engagement or performance development would be highly regarded
