* Leadership of team dedicated skilled Project Managers.
* Lead appropriate governance deliver programs line strategy methodology requirements.
* Develop manage comprehensive program plans scope objectives resourcing costs sequencing timelines.
* Provide consolidated view across projects scope.
* Support program project priorities resourcing ensure delivery against agreed strategic initiatives.
* Provide integrated tracking budget benefits timelines issues risks opportunities.
* Identify facilitate resolution cross program issues.
* Provide status reporting issue escalation.
* Develop execute stakeholder communication plans drive effective decision making.
