What You’ll Do
As a Senior Designer in our Roads, Integrated Transport and Mobility Team based in our Mackay Office, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
* Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
* Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
* Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
* Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
* Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance
What You’ll Bring
* Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in Road Design utilising 12d Design Software
* Desirable Experience delivering TMR and regional road infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design
* Desirable strong working knowledge of Austroads guidelines, TMR standards and road design best practice
* A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
* Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
* The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
