Role & Duties
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants & contractors
* In-house trust accounting and BDM.
* Respond to tenant and owner inquiries
* Address maintenance requests and enquiries.
* Conduct routines & FBIs
About You
* Vehicle & unrestricted WA drivers licence
* Real Estate Registration
* Minimum 12 months industry experience
