Casual Duty Supervisor - Bundoora/Northcote Golf Courses
We are currently seeking enthusiastic GolfShop Duty Supervisors to join our onsite team to provide excellent leadership and service to customers and patrons at Bundoora Park Public Golf Course, while also having the opportunity to work at multiple other City of Darebin venues including Northcote Public Golf Course.

The role
As a Casual Duty Supervisor, you will act as the face of our venue and be primarily responsible for creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers through the following tasks and responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and service to the customers and visitors of Northcote and Bundoora Park Public Golf Courses, ensuring high levels of customer service standards are followed.
* Perform Golf Operations tasks.
* Carry out Food and Beverage duties.
* Supervise and lead staff.
* Open and close the venue.
* Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, policies and procedures including incident, accident and hazard reporting.

About you
* Experience in supervising staff.
* Experience operating point of sale equipment.
* A positive attitude, excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Current Working with Children check.
* RSA certification.
* Ability to work days, mornings, evenings and weekends.
