Branch Manager - Fire/Suppression Industry
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire protection and vehicle suppression services, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for fire safety and compliance.
e Fire and Safety is one of Western Australia's leading family-owned fire protection companies. We provide specialist fire protection applications, products, services and installation across the building & construction, mining and marine sectors.
Desirable qualities we are looking for in this role include:
* Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
* Lead and manage a team of technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
* Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the region
* A strong mechanical aptitude
* Fire Suppression experience in servicing and installations
* Applied knowledge of the latest Australian Standards AS5062 and AS1851
* Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
* Good personal presentation
* Be an all-rounder and have a flexible "can-do" attitude
* Be willing to travel regionally, with overnight stays when needed
Mandatory requirements:
* A current manual driver's license (C class)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance
* Previous experience in a similar management position
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
What's on Offer:
* Permanent full-time contract
* Salary starting from $150k plus super
* Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm
