Treasury & Risk Analyst - Maternity Cover (12-15 months)

About the Opportunity
We're seeking a Treasury & Risk Analyst to manage Qube's financial health while contributing to continuous improvement in processes and reporting. This role offers flexible hybrid work options and the chance to shape the Treasury & Risk function in our rapidly expanding organisation. You'll work in a hands‑on, collaborative environment where accuracy and timeliness are valued.
What You'll Do
* Manage Group liquidity and funding requirements across multiple programs
* Execute foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs per treasury policy
* Prepare monthly treasury Board reports and budget forecasts with variance analysis
* Develop cash flow forecasts with key drivers and root cause analysis
* Prepare hedge accounting documentation (AASB 9) and statutory accounts
* Manage bank guarantee issuance and maintain efficient transactional banking structures
* Ensure compliance with debt funding programs and financial covenants
* Collaborate with business units on financial risk mitigation strategies
What We're Looking For
* CPA or CA qualification
* 5+ years similar experience in large multi‑divisional companies
* ASX corporate treasury or Big 4 audit background highly regarded
* Experience executing hedging programs
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with sound business acumen
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
