Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.**The role**Step into a world of luxury in the **Pearl Room**, Crown Perth's premier VIP gaming lounge.With stunning 180-degree views of the Perth skyline, this exclusive, members-only venue delivers a refined and personalised guest experience, featuring dedicated bars and premium service in an intimate setting.Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the Pearl Room, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered at all times in this high-end environment.* Lead, coach and support the front of house team* Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across bar and dining offerings* Maintain premium service standards aligned with a VIP guest experience* Actively engage with guests, creating memorable and personalised interactions* Assist with rostering, stock control, and operational planning* Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and team performance* Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing and operational requirements**About you**You'll bring the following:* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a premium F&B environment* Strong time management and organisational skills* A guest-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service* A positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement**To be successful, you'll:**Hold or willing to obtain a current Approved Managers License & RSA**This role requires you to:*** Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, evening and overnight shifts* Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, coach and inspire teams* Hold full Australian working rightsOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
