About the role
Reporting to the Director of Sales Adelaide, the Group Sales Director leads and develops a high‑performing Agency sales team to deliver sustainable revenue growth across ARN’s Total Audio portfolio, including broadcast, digital audio and integrated solutions, while strengthening agency relationships and commercial performance in the Adelaide market.
* Leads Agency sales delivery for the Adelaide market within ARN’s Total Audio Sales structure.
* Accountable for delivering agreed revenue targets across linear and digital audio products.
* Manages and coaches Client partners to drive consistent sales execution and performance.
* Opens in a performance‑driven environment requiring strong leadership, forecasting discipline and commercial judgment.
* Deliver assigned Agency revenue budgets and share targets for the Adelaide market whilst building strong senior relationships with agencies and key industry stakeholders.
About you
* Strong commercial leadership and people management capability within media, audio or agency environments.
* Clear, confident communicator with strong presentation skills and proven agency experience.
* High financial and forecasting acumen in complex, target‑driven commercial environments.
* Experience operating in complex, target‑driven commercial environments.
