Responsibilities
Creating data-driven insights and presentation materials using Google Sheets, Tableau, CRM platforms, and other BI tools.
Supporting go-to-market strategy execution: market segmentation, headcount planning, territory implementation, and quota setting.
Tracking KPIs and summarizing performance insights in executive-ready presentations.
Running ad-hoc analyses to support internal stakeholders and sales leaders.
Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across strategy, programs, and enablement.
Required Skills
Recent graduate in an analytical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Finance).
2-3 years of experience in data analytics or business operations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get things done" attitude.
Willingness to learn new BI and reporting tools.
Desirable Skills
Experience with SQL and Tableau.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools.
Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
