We're now seeking an experienced Contracts Administration Manager to join our team based at Sydney Olympic Park.
About the Role This role is for someone with strong commercial and contract skills who works well in a busy environment.
You'll oversee construction projects, support project teams, and help maintain consistent processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end management of contracts from tender to project close-out.
Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction contracts, ensuring compliance with corporate and regional legal requirements.
Develop and maintain standardised contract templates, commercial procedures, and the Global Construction Handbook.
Conduct risk assessments and prepare mitigation plans for major projects.
Monitor project financials, forecasts, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.
Establish project controls and reporting frameworks, providing regular updates to executives.
Act as the primary commercial interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and upskill project teams, promoting best practice in contract administration and project governance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and embed lessons learned across projects.
About You Strong commercial and contract management experience in construction (4+ years).
Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site, or international projects.
Excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement frameworks, and risk management.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring capability.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong financial literacy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
