Salary: $73,089.64 per annum

Job Overview
This role works within the Learning and Development team to assist Council in its vision to become a learning organisation. We are seeking a proactive and passionate person who will ensure the delivery of Council's Training and Development program through executing high quality administrative tasks in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Monitor training requests
* Organise mandatory trainings
* Administer purchase orders and invoices
* Set up and pack up training sessions
* Enter training certificates and licences into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in administration and customer service
* Experience working with HRIS, online Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to face challenges with initiative and cope with tight deadlines
* Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team

This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period. During the qualifying period employees will be provided with appropriate on‐going induction, support, assistance, resources and training to enable them to meet the required performance standards for the position.
