We currently have an opportunity for a Quality & Risk Lead to join our Health and Education team and play a key role in ensuring consistent, effective risk, quality and compliance outcomes across a complex PPP contract environment. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you'll help deliver high‐quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Contract Management Plan, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
* Drive risk, quality and compliance frameworks across all service delivery areas, supporting strong operational performance and continuous improvement.
* Coordinate internal and external audits, investigations and reporting, providing clear, timely insights to senior stakeholders.
* Partner closely with service delivery and leadership teams to embed a proactive quality and risk culture.
* Lead and support a small team, fostering engagement, capability development and high performance.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience leading quality, risk or compliance management systems within complex, regulated environments.
* Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance compliance, performance and customer outcomes.
* Confidence influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners and regulators.
