The role
You will:
- Plan and run tests on mechanical, electronic, and RF hardware
- Build and maintain test rigs, jigs, and fixtures
- Capture test data, write clear reports, and feed issues back to designers
- Support environmental, vibration, RF, and compliance testing
- Work with firmware, hardware, and manufacturing teams to improve reliability and quality
About you
You have:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or similar
- A few years post‑grad experience in a technical or engineering role
- Robust practical skills with tools, lab equipment, and test setups
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using basic scripting (e.g. Python) to automate or log tests
- No need to be a software engineer, but you enjoy using code to make testing easier
Location
Based full‑time in our Wagga Wagga office and test lab
