C-Suite Partners is pleased to partner with I-MED Radiology in the search for a Regional Manager – Albury / Wodonga to lead a strategically important regional network across Victoria and New South Wales.
Based at Albury Base Hospital, the Border campus comprises radiology clinics across Albury Base Hospital, Ramsay Private Hospital Albury, and Yarrawonga District Health Service, in addition to reporting partnerships with Wodonga Health and Northeast Health Wangaratta.
As part of the VIC & TAS Business Unit Leadership Team, the Regional Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across the region, ensuring exceptional patient care, strong commercial performance, and a highly engaged workforce. The role is critical in supporting and developing multidisciplinary teams while driving operational improvement, change initiatives, and sustainable business outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a strong people leader with proven experience managing multi-site operations, complex workforce planning, and P&L accountability, ideally within healthcare or other service-led environments. Success in the role will depend on the ability to build trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders, while leading teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support multiple healthcare sites across the Albury / Wodonga region
* Drive operational excellence, workforce engagement, and service delivery outcomes
* Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement programs across people, systems, and processes
* Manage financial performance, operational planning, and regional growth initiatives
* Build strong relationships with doctors, hospital partners, referrers, and the local community
* Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and patient-centric culture

* Proven leadership experience in a multi-site operational environment
* Strong commercial, operational, and business acumen
* Demonstrated success leading teams through change and transformation
* Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capability
* Experience within healthcare, medical imaging, or broader health services highly regarded
