This is not a just brand coordination role dressed up with a manager title. This is a 9‐month parental leave contract with genuine scope — supporting the Head of Brand in driving strategic brand execution across retail, digital, and international markets simultaneously. You will manage campaigns end to end, oversee creative asset development, partner with international markets, and ensure that every brand touchpoint reflects the King Living standard with consistency and craft.

What You Will Own

* Campaign Coordination & Execution: Coordinate the execution of national and international brand campaigns across retail and digital platforms — managing timelines, creative assets, agency relationships, and delivery across eight annual campaigns.
* Creative Asset Development: Oversee the development of product imagery, catalogues, print, digital, and in‐store materials — supporting campaign shoots from pre‐production planning through to on‐the‐ground logistics.
* Brand Consistency & Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in tone, imagery, and messaging across every market and every touchpoint.
* International & Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Partner with international markets to localise branding and marketing materials effectively. Work fluidly across Retail, Product, Design, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive brand representation — moving between workstreams with agility and clarity.
* Showroom Brand Experience: Collaborate with Retail teams to enhance the showroom brand experience and elevate the customer journey at every physical touchpoint.
* Reporting & Budget Management: Monitor marketing budgets, process purchase orders, track campaign spend, and compile post‐campaign analytics and performance reports.

Who You Are

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
* 2–3 years' experience in a Brand or Marketing role, ideally within retail, design, or premium brands.
* Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
* Confident managing multiple campaigns and competing deadlines in a fast‐paced, agile environment.
* Commercially aware with the ability to translate consumer insights and trends into actionable brand initiatives.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
* Proactive, organised, and solutions‐focused — you adapt quickly and keep things moving.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
